Candace Apple & Associates is the most unprofessional people with whom I have ever dealt. If you are considering doing business with them.....DON'T!!!! They get you to sign a contract with them promising to be helpful and there for you while you are their client. Once you sign the contract, forget it. They NEVER answer your questions and basically tell you "don't call us, we'll call you" when they have delayed things long enough to get the maximum amount of money they can for your case. I have been working with them for over two years and am so frustrated I could cry. I need information and guidance. They are so rude, uncaring and have yet to answer any questions I have posed to them. PLEASE hire someone/anyone else to represent you. I would do anything to get out of my contract with them so I could get some answers. Her entire staff is incompetent and you can forget meeting Candace. She doesn't meet with her clients until it is time for a hearing. If you want someone to give your case any personal attention, I beg you not to use this firm. I have cried all day after calling her office and getting absolutely no answers to any of my questions.
