So I met with 'Alice' to look at an apartment. Everything was good and I was told to pay $70 for a application fee. She assured me that it would be used towards the rent if selected. A day later she called and said I can rent the place and I need to put a 10% payment down to hold the unit, came out to 120 dollars....I called with a question about week later and they said the unit was rented! STAY AWAY!!!
