I lived for 2 years in a unit managed by Tina Gustafson of TMG Properties. I would never receive phone calls back, or e-mails back. I had 2 of her phone numbers and 1 e-mail. I am a calm, patient tenant, who paid rent on time. 1) I never received a copy of my rental agreement, despite asking at least 4 times, 2) when I asked for repairs on the home, (there were consistent leaking issues, dry wall falling apart) they were in fact never rendered in the unit despite me e-mailing, calling, and sending photos of the damage via certified mail. The house itself was hit by an uber driver and the front door was broken, I had to work with the PROPERTY OWNER (different from Tina, the property manager) to ensure the house was habitable. Tina was almost completely MIA and not supportive. I managed to reach her a few times and out of the 2 years, she did respond to 1) having a leaking faucet repaired, 2) having a broken sliding door fixed. However, when the sliding door was fixed, she called me a couple days later at 9pm on a Sunday evening, as a retaliatory response to say that she was raising the rent; mind you, without the property owner's consent. Yeah. That's illegal. Stay far, far away. After signing the papers, you will never hear from her again. Oh, and you'll get consistent letters in the mail saying your garbage pickup will be cancelled because she would not pay the disposal bill on time.

TMG is the worst...never can reach them and if you do get a call back you never get the anwsers you want..I had mold in my apartment and it took 2 weeks before the so called Maintainance guy showed up. Once he did it felt like i was the one doing somthing wrong..very rude...STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY
     Sunshine - 3/1/2013 - Simular problem with me except much worse.I had a late fee of 150.00 dollars. The problem is it was from 8 months ago and my check was never cashed.I think they lost it and tried to say it was my fault. Turns out TMG found my check and they told me it got lost by a trainee.wow
