Denied to rent the apartment even after getting approved for credit and background check. The only reason was Kimberly Thompson, office controller got offended by us asking questions for random price increase over night. After knowing our intention of renting an apartment, she increased the rent, started abusing the power of leaser saying thats the only condition to rent it. The worst part is having to deal with the unprofessional office controller Kimberly Thompson. She refuses to answer questions directly, reiterates the same unhelpful and uncompromising 'policy' lines with annoying frequency, and expresses her condescension with phrases like "Do you want to sign the lease or not, else leave the office right now,” which may reflect prejudice. She loudly threw us out of the office, extremely unpleasant behavior. So much for customer service. If this is how the initial experience feels, then there is little hope for a pleasant 12 month lease.
