Brookline communities has terrible customer service. Nepotism runs rampant within this company. They will try whatever they can to avoid blame or responsibility for problems with maintenance or if their shady cost saving "repairs" damage your property. They never return phone calls. Do yourself a favor don't move onto either mobile home community unless you want to pay for subpar service and be treated poorly.

Beware contractors and subs...Brookside is extremely slow to pay on repair/restoration work on their homes...they will dream up any and all excuses to hold up or renege on their financial obligations once your job(s) are finished. High quality work means nothing to them. The company is riddled with nepotism when repair/restoration decisions are made resulting in sub par work ethics and extremely poor business practices on their part. Avoid dealing at any cost with persons first name Danya or Dawn.
