I wish I never signed a lease with these people! You can never get ahold of anybody. Either voicemail box is full, you leave a message and get no return call, the number you call is disconnected, the address has changed or you get no answer. I left messages with building maintenance and never get an answer, they don,t know how to get in touch with the owner or they say they will and never get a response to the issue. They give out eviction notices when you indeed pay your rent. You can't talk to anyone to explain that your rent was paid and check cashed so you send certified mail to the office and that gets returned to you. MAKES ME WANT TO SCREAM!! They give out eviction notices every 6 months to all tenants and then when tenants leave they accuse them of owing rent. The better business bureau has dropped them as an honorable company because they won't even respond to their complaint processes! They are crooks and feed off the poor. Their buildings are infested with bedbugs and they take no responsibility. DO NOT lease from these people. They are the true definition of slumlords.
