If you like walking up four flights of stairs because elevators broke very often, it could be a good place, I've heard that the elevator has been broken more than 50 times in the last year, maybe this is the problem with investment companies, they don't want to spend money to do major repairs, and the tenants pay the price.

ROM investments take pride in managing their buildings in the Hollywood area. Being there for over 20 years give the company an edge against the competition. The company have in house maintenance stuff which give very good service and quick respond to tenants problems and issues. Also, I liked the property manger which was always kind and helpful.
