These people are out of buisness , they owe me money and there office is cleaned out and empty. They will not return any phone calls . We were supposed to receive our deposit in the mail and never did . We went to the office and they were gone , with my money , they should be in jail. Pick any other real estate other than this one .Gennarro reality is a fake name Sambrato operates under .i wish we had done more research before giving her any money .turns out sambrato has a long history for this scam , the house we rented , we could only stay in for a year , the place was a mess nothing worked right , the bathroom paint pealed off and there was black mold all over . She sent someone over to look at it and said it was nothing . So they painted over the mold again with paint that didn't even match the d paint , it looked terrible . Our water smelled very bad and the outside water system was not working at all . The ( repair man) came and turned everything off , and said it was fixed .

This woman ripped us off . She took every penny of our deposit . The house she tried to rent us was in disrepair like you would not believe . We gave her money to hold a house that seemed nice but found out it was rented . She said take this house or nothing at all . She kept our money . She is very dishonest
     Bill Jackson - 2/15/2014 - Nicole Sambrato took money from my famy . She rented us a house that turned out to be full of mold. My kids and wife kept getting sick , we found out the house was full of md and making us all sick. She send a dirty d guy with no teeth onerous to fix leaks in the water heater , they tried to tell us that was the problem. We finally moved after our lease was up , and sambrato kept nearly all our money from the deposit . They charged us for things that were broken when we moved in . Do not rend a home from these people , they will take money for you and cheat you

Nicole sambrato is a thief . She has stolen money from people she rents crappy houses to .she writes up fake things and steals the deposits from people . Also she never fixes anything in the mold filled houses she rents . The house we rented from her had no water for weeks , she could not get it fixed . Also the ac was broken for a very long time . The whole house was a disaster . Genarro reality has been evicted three times from three differ t offices because they can't pay the rent . Now they are forced to operate with one employee just nicole sambrato ( all the rest are let go) out of an office rented from someone else the size of a closet . Do not do business with Gennaro reality and nicole sambrato from Cape Coral fl
