Lived in his place on eighth street near division been there for 7 years, I never complained fixed all the small problems myself. The apartment I was in on the 2nd floor was condemned because the roof leaked went through all 3 apartments and then complained that he had to fix it. Then yelled at me that he could of took the sign down and rented the place while it was condemned. Then the place got bed bugs not once but twice, I told him I was with holding the rent until the situation was fixed. He told me to get the fuck out of his place he dont need my money and I had 3 days to get my kids and stuff out. The man rents to crack heads every night someone was testing my door knob which my door was broke which it never latched I had to fix, a homeless man was sleeping next to my door in the winter which he kept telling me to call the police he said that he cannot do anything. He doesn't care about anything but your money, your safety is not a factor and your belongings will be destroyed especially on eighth street... Bed Bugs galore

We lived at one of his properties and we had updated the place and have b4 and after pictures and he is refusing to return our security...he nor his lil worker can find any damages so there nit picking ...we will be taking him to court, if your smart you will stay far away from this guy
