Michael Shapario is the worst man in real estate business and does not even know how to manage the client and their beautiful homes. He does not have any expertise in selling or buying the client any home. On the top his rental management company is the worst , they do not run any background check on the tentants and they just hire any criminal, or worst tenants who just know how to damage your home.Michael shaprio just know how to mint his pocket with money and he will do anything to steal clients money. for instance if your home has any small damages he will make it a big deal and his people who he works with is a gang and bunch of liars who will show its a major issue but in reality it will be a small fix and they will rip you off. personality wise - Michael shapario is rude, disrespectful, Liar,untrust wrothy, unprofessional. if you have to take my honest advise do not even think twice and just stay away if you want to keep your home topnotch and in good living condition. He will just rip you off and will not help you at all. I have all the evidence of his trash work and will advise rather to manage your own home even though its stressfull then to hire this douche bag to take care of your home. He will make your home worse. I do not recommend him or even entertain him at all. we burnt our hands badly and had to deal with his nuisance for many months and I will advise you to just walk off anywhere you see his name or company advertisement. he is the worst guy ever to do any kind of real estate job. If I am writing such big review you can imagine how much damage he did to our home and to us to make us write such bad and weak and worse feedback about him.
