Brook Border terrace is managed by this totally incompetent and rude person called Linda Fisher. Several people (including us) have requested keys to the building of the condo we own for over two months. She never follows up and never answers our call. She hangs up when we call her phone. She is a horrible person to deal with and should be fired as soon as possible from her job. Would have never brought this condo if we knew we had to deal with her.

As an owner of one of the units at is "managed" by Linda Fisher and her shady company, I must say that if I had known that this was the level of service that her "business" (and I use that term VERY loosely) provides, I probably would have chosen to purchase another property. Linda works off on an answering service that almost never returns messages, she replies from a cell phone that she asks you not to use, and does not use or know how to use email. Her business practices are unreliable and questionable at best. Upon purchasing our unit, we were told that we owed nearly $200 in unpaid fees from the previous owners that we weren't made aware of. Upon asking for any sort of documentation, the fees suddenly disappeared. THe last year and a half have been plagued by these Phantom Fines where we have been told we owe money for various services or fees but when we ask for some sort of paper trail or documentation, they disappear (I can only assume she/they move onto someone else who isn't paying attention and is as stupid as they are hoping). I would suggest that anyone currently working with Linda and CS Inc to be very cautious. As an owner, these people work for us, and should be held accountable.
