As a resident of legend oaks community you would think that the HOA would have someone more respectful in place to deal with our issues.  Instead I found myself dealing with a very combative and condescending  bully. Who is more obsessed with dictating her own opinions on the very people that she works for, just to prove her position of authority,  rather than providing us with a healthy community spirt .  Her attitude is that  of a ruler instead of an hired representative.  She is very rude and disrespectful when communicating and responding to the issues and requests of the homeowners in our community.  Miss Evelyn Cook seems to find ... nay create conflict where there is none.  We the people of legend oaks chose to live here because if the peaceful atmosphere and promise of a life in a neighborhood driven by comroderie and respect.  Miss Cook has taken my sense of belonging with her totalitarian  attitude. We need to pull together neighbors, and put a stop to her delusions of grandor.
     Sarah s - 5/11/2016 - Whoa, I thought I was the only one. I loved in Winnsboro for 6 yrs and was picked on and belittled majority of the time. She even went as far as saying to me once, 'someone married you?' I was 7 months pregnant at the time. She was very hurtful and degrading.

Good luck if you have to deal with this woman. As the HOA manager of our community, one would assume Mrs. Cook would talk to the community members with respect and understanding. Whoa, was I in for a rude awakening! Not only was she completely rude and downright disrespectul but she belittled my apology telling me to save my excuses, then threatened to take me to court!! Completely appauled that someone with any type of management authority would talk to people in this manner. Shame on you Evelyn and shame on Marshland Communities!
