Excellent company. They have been managing my condo complex for more than 15 years. Deb Shangraw is highly qualified and very responsive. Our reserves are healthy, capital improvement plan was developed and working well and we never have had a problem with dues payments or had a special assessment. You would very well by using Emerald Management.

She is turning around our condo complex that no one has done in all the years I've owned here. Mr. Davis does nothing but complain and whine to everyone. I suspect Ms. Shangraw wouldn't take his BS and he's trying to harm her by lying. Shame on you Rick!
