My experience was that an RMC employee messed up, and failed to make payments out of the rental proceeds, after committing to make those payments several times. On top of that, they were recieving the delinquency notices, so I was not aware of the situation. When I finally found out, I was faced with $1500 in legal fees and penalties for the past due payments. Dave Huber, the owner, washed his hands of any responsibility for his employee's mistakes, demonstrating, in my opinion, a serious lack of business ethics. Find a more upright buisness to deal with
     Anonymous user - 1/10/2014 - I wish I would have seen more of these negative feedback comments before I hired them to rent my home. I have attained legal counsel against them. I have found that he is argumentative and acts like a child in dealing with him. I have other homeowners I have contacted with same negative feedback. He does blame his staff (one person in peticular) for all the mistakes and short comings on their lack on communication. Never a phone call always argument emails. This will be pursued further. No business ethics. DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY
