Your are correct there was no lease signed and nothing in writing. However, this does not change the fact that for the past month you have misled us. Over this time period we have expressed our interest in the property on Westwood numerous times. And further, we have attempted to" finalize" everything through phone calls, voice mail messages, and emails, which were rarely returned. After these countless phone calls and emails, on a daily basis, you only provided "smoke and mirrors", stringing us along. Just yesterday, via phone, you led us to believe that the property was still available and when we asked to obtain the property your only response was "are you near a computer, I'll send you pictures" the same thing you have been saying for a month now, and again you did not follow through. I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by Hagerstown Management. Your companies unprofessional business dealings will not earn your potential clients trust or business. Let this be a lesson for us both. In hindsight, the red flags of your companies lack of professionalism were numerous. We put our faith in you and your company only to be misled and disappointed. I, personally, am glad that I will not have to carry out a lengthy lease with such an unprofessional organization.
