BONNIE WITH FONTAINE DID NOT RUN DOWN HILLBROOK FIRST OF ALL THE OWNERS OF THE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION DO NOT PAY THEIR CONDO FEES ONLY A FEW PAY JUST ENOUGH TO PAY PARICAL WATER BILLS, PEOPLE WHO LIVE AT HILLBROOK ARE ON SEC 8. THEY THROW THIR TRASH WHERE EVER THEY FELL LIKE IT AND REFUSES TO PICK IT UP. THE FURNITURE DOES NOT BELONG TO FONTAINE IT BELONGS TO THE TENENTS THAT LIVE AT HILLBROOK THEY KNOW THE DUPSTER COMPANY DOES NOT PICK UP FURINTURE SO THEY EXPECT SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT FOR THEM. THEY ARE A FEW GOOD PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE BUT MOST OF THEM ARE FILTHY AND JUST LAZY. I LIVED AT HILLBROOK FOR 3 YEARS WHEN I WAS THERE BONNIE AND HER PLUMER CHECKED THE UNITS FOR LEAKS BECAUSE THE WATER BILL WAS SO HIGH. BONNIE PAID THE PLUMBER AND THE PARTS NOT THE OWNERS I MOVED WHEN I FOUND OUT MY LANDLORD WAS NOT PAYING THEIR CONDO FEES. SO IF BONNIE WAS RUDE TO YOU IT WAS BECAUSE YOU WERE RUDE TO HER I HAVE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES.

I don't know if this woman thinks she's untouchable or just plain insane and needs psychological help. Like the other reviewer - Bonnie doesn't fix crap and talks down to everyone . Acts like she literally owns the building and is scattered brain to the max - jumps from one issue to the next - accuses you of things that aren't real and threatens to fine you . I feel like kicking that cunt in the teeth everything I see her !

Poor management. Bonnie Loftis is extremely unprofessional and speaks down to owners and residents. She has totally ran down hillbrook condiminiums on Westbend Pkwy and VespaSian. There is no transparency of condo dues being paid and the water and garbage had been turned off due to non payment of fees. She had someone cut the water on illegally and the water company shut it off again the next day. Repair work is shoddy and her boyfriend receives a large chunk of the money for landscaping that he now hires Mexicans and others to perform once a month to half cut the grass. Garbage and furniture is always near the dumpsters and she have been told about a sofa aside the property over a year ago. No more tennis court, no more pool and no more services that she is required to take care of. Roof damage on several units, poor railings and stairs, no lighting at doorway entrances, green mold on building (she had someone to pressure wash only the front of the exterior over 2 years ago). The foundation is extremely bad all over. The units are hard to sell. The fence is torn down and open to anyone to come in the back. It floods extremely bad near the mailboxes. Bonnie has been accused by many people of being a drunk and racist. She talks down to everyone. To all please sign petition to send to Lee Zurich to have all of the property she is suppose to manage to be reviewed, this is what you pay money for, there must be a reasonable time alloted to make repairs and you should know where your money goes without being talked rudely and unprofessional to. Time to seek a new management company to oversee these properties. So send your emails to Lee Zurich ASAP.
