This is the truth that was written about cascade northern mortgage they are in. The buisness does take your money for themselves and do not care about their clients. I will report their company as scammers. By pass. Go to your local bank they back you up 100 percent.

So I talked with an lending agent from the bank we do buisness with and got a loan quickly and easily for the house we wanted. My wife and I are very happy with our new home without all the hassle it would of taken with this mortgage company.

Paul Matilla is a COMPLETE JOKE!! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!! Horrible experience with this clowns. Too many reasons to list now and i honestly don't want to spend another minute of my life talking about Paul Matilla and his crappy business practices and manner of doing business. If you are considering doing business with Paul Matilla or his company, Cascade Northern Mortgage, i HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU not only walk, BUT RUN RUN RUN AWAY!! To say he's shady is putting it very lightly. Enough said. Moving on.
     Paul Mattila - 4/24/2014 - I have been doing business for 37 years and been involved in around 17,000 loans. I have never been accused by anyone of faulty business practices or being shady. If I have done anything that is in your review why is it impossible for you to list a single specific thing that I have done. Since this is an anonymous review I doubt that I ever worked with you. Since you have't given your real name I ask that this review be stripped from this site because I am unable to verify that I have ever worked with you.
     Paul Mattila - 5/27/2014 - I have previously commented on this posting. As I mentioned before I have been in lending 37 years and what this person is saying is not correct. I don't believe this person ever applied to our company fro a loan. We never receive complaints from client we have a great record of helping people with their financing. I the time window this person said we did something wrong but yet there is nothing listed that we did wrong. I believe this may be a competitor try to a negative view of our company and I feel this needs to be removed. Paul Mattila
