Gary ok my loan in dec and we put a offer in on a second home they took the offer and Gary started to work on the loan close in 30 day after three months se light finally he got it done and said it for sure thing go ahead and send the mom refunded money to them$11000 a lot to loss on my world the day before closing he calls and say we can't do it but if I pay two more points we can get it done or I lose all my money so they get to charge $9000 dollar more and it legal so I got the house closed on May 8 and haven't even went to see it they took all the fun out of buying a second home and thisan and company should be run out of town don't use them rip off coming from a single father that really just want a fun place to take the kid and hang out
