THIS GUY DOES NOT PAY! Lies, lies, lies!!!! Has you to do the work & then u can't find him when it's time to get paid! He burns abstractor after abstractor!!! Once he owes u. He moves to the next abstractor then the next & on & on. Has a trail of searchers suing him! UNLESS U LIKE WORKING FOR FREE... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Frank Dallas is the "owner" and closed up a previous title company named All States Research & Retrieval, LLC. There are several searchers that have a judgment against him and the previous company name. He continued to use the old companies phone numbers and addess for a while after he had switched it over to Southern. HE DOES NOT PAY!!! Tells you he has a ton of work if you'll do the orders REALLY CHEAP he will give you large batches of orders every month. The. He sends a fee orders weekly & u NEVER SEE the large batch of orders & get stuck with doing the orders u did for him @ the low rate BUT NEVER GET PAID OR HEAR FROM HIM AGAIN! There are several people on Source of Title & other places online stating the same thing happened to them. I know of someone PERSONALLY in Alabama & Tennessee that's going to post his personal name, his CEO's name, his previous & current business names up in every county courthouse in each state telling searchers BEWARE & not to do work for him. It will eventually catch up with him & put him out of business again. I'm personally going to contact ALL Title Underwriters & have suggested that they do the same & let the underwriters know that if he's an agent of theirs he's fraudulently not paying his searchers! to post a reply: login - or - register
