Dealing with an obnoxious man with zero to none manners. Cusssing at the customers is totally not acceptable. He does and tells you that he did without asking if thats acceptable way of doing taxes. Expensive is the word when dealing with the above. Talks under his breath without conveying a message uless you are a mind reader. Waste of time with Steven D Hogan is the word and no one should be exposed to this kind of abuse. I will also be reporting to BBB ASAP. Please be aware of this man and not waste your time.
