To this point in time over the past several years Ace Tax Bookkeeping & Notary has been superb. However this year after the work has been performed (tax preparation) the accessibility to this organization is non-existant. We have been awaiting our returns from both the State of Ohio and the Fed. Neither have arrived in the estimated time stated upon submittal (3-5 days for the state, a week to 10 days for the Fed). Checking with the State and it claims no return is on file. The Fed, not much better. Tried contacting Ace only to be met by a phone request for some access code? We went through BBB and no response from that either. We even sent letters by USPS - again no response. Now we may have to travel to Columbus and file in person and wait who knows how long. In this day and age of ID theft and hacking, we wonder if our returns, both, weren't intercepted from Ace. Be wary. Ace does not respond to anything should problems arise!
