Because of Linda Smith's inaccuracies in our tax preparation, I was assessed a huge penalty from the IRS for understating pertinent tax information. When I consulted her for professional help and assistance with the letter I received, she was condescending in her reply and was sure to excuse herself of all responsibility for the mistakes. In my opinion, her services are expensive and unreliable. I believe the way she responds to issues is unprofessional and insulting. If you want a true professional that you can rely on to accurately prepare your taxes and be able to handle inquires from the IRS--I would look elsewhere.
