Terrible agent, very lazy did not even look at the house I wanted to list. Basicily I offered a listing and asked her to come up with a value, right off the top of her head she gave a value. I talked to and showed the home to 2 other agents, both agents had a value of $30,000 dollars or more over her value of $120,000. She never even saw the home, said comments like appraisers put whatever they want on a house, she said home values in the area are dropping. Bottom line, did not have my best interest in mind and was to lazy to even leave her chair, this was over 3 visits to her office, we will not be using her as a listing agent
