Horrible, Unprofessional, dishonest Denise Abram showed me a property that was unclean and not even painted for $1100 dollars with a promise to paint and clean. Wanted a security deposit and prorated rent before the house was ready for move in. I agreed to pay the prorated amount when the house was cleaned and ready. Informed me I had the house on Friday and when I called to pay the security deposit on Monday she did not answer phone/ I finally called from different number she then answered and told me she changed her mind about me getting the house. When I explained that I started packing and my kids are excited about the move. She told me she don't understand why I'm upset and she would call me back. Beware this lady seems to possibly be in some financial bind
