Today, December 8, 2014 - ACP Realty Group owns the apartment filled refuses to address help for a sick tenant in a Lincoln Center area LUXURY building, despite a 3 year long report on HEALTH and SAFETY Violations filed with them. The tenant is a hoarder who has filled her apartment so that there is no access to her bathroom, and is now urinating and defecating in the apartment. All the owners of the building are suffering with the ambient air filled with the stench of urine and feces, and now created a hazardous living condition for all owners in this building community. PLEASE CALL ACP REALTY and speak to BARBARA DALEY (212) 751-4700 - and ask what she is doing to rectify the conditions of the apartments they own!
