The majority of Emerald Island Properties is bed bug infested. There has been no answer to any of the complaints even made by the local newspaper and local television stations. Driftwood Apartments, Midtown Apartments the various boarding houses are all bed bug infested. Mr. Sullivan continues to say it is a choice people make to have bed bugs and that they are a way of life for everyone in his complexes.
