Lee Ward is probably the worst agent I’ve ever worked with. He has little motivation and when talking to you, doesn’t seem to ever let you talk. He’s very condescending and I think he really enjoys his own voice. I can’t get a word in, when on the phone with him, he rarely answers his phone when called, and doesn’t keep his clients updated on current details of a pending sale. It infuriates me that he is going to make the commission on my sale, with putting minimal effort into the process. He has also stated ethically inappropriate things, while trying to negotiate contract on property. For instance, he stated “well, I’ve got another guy interested in this deal”. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE. If you do have to deal with him, use your own realtor, so he doesn’t get all the commission and you actually have someone who cares representing you. Thanks
