Please call if attached is not clear. Insofar as dates are concerned any time after 1 June would be fine, but please do not schedule on a Tuesday or Friday. Request Mayor Hall, possibly with member(s) of the City Council and staff, would like to reach out to Carlsbad homeowners by meeting with them in their respective homeowner communities. The intent of these meetings is to inform homeowners of the status of the city in relation to other cities within San Diego County, to inform attendees about current and future development within the city, the intent and purpose of the City Development Plan, the function of the Planning Commission and other subjects of interest such as tunneling to lower the railroad thru the City.. The Mayor will solicit comments, problems and concerns of homeowners. To this end, we would like to offer you, and those you represent, the opportunity to meet with the Mayor at a time and place convenient to the members of the community. I will be happy to schedule the meeting for you. I ask only that you select and advise me of the location where the meeting is to take place within the community and the preferred time and date. To be clear the meeting is not intended to be with the Board of Directors per se, but with the residents themselves. It is assumed that the location where the Board of Directors meet it too small to accommodate a large number of residents.
