Morbitzer Management, what a joke!! Our condominium recently changed over to morbitzer management. I called Monday April 18th because I have hornets getting through a vaulted ceiling window. They are in charge of pest control and the exterior of the building. (A pest getting in though the exterior of the building). I got Megans voicemail and left a message. She called back the next day and gave me Jame's number and sent him an email. He did not respond to either. I finally called and he answered 3 days later. He said he would get right back to me. I could tell after 15 seconds of talking to him I might as well be talking to a wall. He thought it was a different problem than what was clearly stated on the email and voicemails. I have yet to hear back from him. I had to rent a latter, seal the window, and eradicate the hornets nests my self. Glad I pay those HOA dues. James is unprofessional and incompetent. I wouldn't let him manage an ant farm.

I lived in Oceans One Condo in DBS for 3 years and have never been treated SO RUDELY. I agree with first comment, Tina and her staff will never give you a straight answer and are never helpful. Once my wife and I forget our keys, I called Tina and she would not get anyone to come over to let us in. We had to get a room for $200 for the night. HOW RUDE IS THAT TINA MORBID? We had a leak in the wall of our condo, clearly a common area and she would not claim resposibility. We had to pay like $6000. One HOA meeting Tina MORBID was more than 30 minutes late. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Another meeting she and the president said if you don't like what we said then sell your condo and leave. Is that a way to run an HOA? I regret ever living in Oceans One. I recommend anyone looking to buy a condo run by Morbitzer Communities to BEWARE and do your research.

Quite possibly the worst property management company I have ever had the mispleasure to be associated. They are incapable of providing simple answers regarding building operations and timelines and never return a call.
