These people lack professionalism, ability to problem solve or even the ability to talk to residents in a courteous manner. I tried to make a complaint, and the "manager" told me that it was hearsay and she wouldn't do anything about it. They do not enforce rules that they put in the lease, and they refuse to give you any information when you inform them that you would like to make a complaint against them. I tried to make a complaint against my neighbor for constantly waking my kids up late at night and the manager simply said, "well we have had complaints about you being loud too". So I asked why it was never brought to my attention, and she basically told me that she doesnt have time for it. I guess what it comes down to, is that if you dont like to live in peace and you do like throwing your money down a hole, this is the perfect place to live
