GPM is a very ineffective and poorly run company. They ignore requests for maintenance. One can speak to every single person who works there, and still nothing work will get done. They acknowledge that they know the work is needed and that it is their responsibility, but then the caller will never hear from them again. They do absolutely no maintenance around the community and if something goes awry, they won't fix it, even if it could cause major and dangerous damage to an entire building. On they rare occasions that they deem a repair major enough for them to bother with, such as an entire floor crashing into the one below, they use contractors for repairs who smoke in the homes in which they are working and throw trash all over the yards. I sincerely hope that this community chooses another company with which to work.

GPM Group is a very, very shady organization. I own a property on one of the HOA communities which they 'manage'. They do nothing to enhance our community, just the bare minimum per contractual agreement. Even then, if it not convenient for them, they'll ignore your concerns. We've got pit bulls bull mastiffs and cane corsos dogs. All those breeds are dangerous yet only pit bulls, rottweilers and doberman pinschers are specifically prohibited in this community. Even so they do nothing regarding the pit bulls. The Dot lady (you'll get to know her if you are unfortunate enough to live in a GPM group managed community). They also 'hired' a member of the HOA board to perform weekly maintenance. GPM can't pass a smell test. Should be investigated.

THIS PROPERTY MNGMT GROUP IS THE WORST GROUP WE HAVE EVER HAD MANAGING OUR PROPERTY.THIS GROUP HAS FELONS CONTRACTRD FOR MAINTENANCE AND MAJOR REPAIRS. THIS GROUP LIES TO HOME OWNERS AND HAS LESS THAN REPUTABLE CONTRACTORS THEY USE TO DO SHABBY COVER UP MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. THEY CHARGE HOA AND HOMEOWNERS OUTRAGEOUS FEES AND POCKET THE MONEY FROM THEIR "CONTACTED" COMPANIES. THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH BBB. THEY HAVE A USELESS WEBSITE. IT SEEMS THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND THEY ARE ALL ABOUT TAKING CARE OF THEIR FAMILY ... NOT YOUR PROPERTY.
