Rented for 1 year with Hill Management. The apartment house was clean, secure, well-maintained and had architectural character. The rent was consistent with comparable apartments in town. The only down-side was the owner/landlord. The other tenants and I found him to be unnecessarily rude, disrespectful, condescending and had anger management issues. There were multiple instances were R. Hill miscommunicated with his tenants and then got rude and angry when things didn't meet his plans. Was he purposely sabotaging people so he could have a power trip??
