The landlord ( alex ) and his secretary who often makes mistakes with simple math, will happily take your money rent an apartment and then will not fix anything. As a former tenant of 2830 morris ave, i can tell you this building by far is the worst. rat and roaches galore. no heat, i had to call 311 more than 5 times because it was freezing and due to that my kids got sick.just FYI to every one

This is the worst place to rent. Management is the worst. its a good day when theres Hot water. the elevator break down often. There are sexual predators living in the building. Dont take my word for it look it up. Rats / Roaches . the worst. got to the ny building dept web site read up on this Bujar realty
