the former site manager who is the mother of the president of the board and grandmother of one of the maintenance staff. The board has over billed the shareholders to the tune of $285,000 plus in water for a two year period. This has been going on since 1999. The county is stonewalling to take action. Somebody is trying to take these homes from the shareholders.

The townhomes have been in Landover for over 30 years. Life the area like the homes and families have changed. Is their favoritism in getting work done or upgrades made. Maybe that is the case, but then the cost of maintaining the homes has gone up as have taxes. Do you know anywhere else you can live on less than $1000 dollars a month and co-own where you live? Does each person take good care of their property? No, why because some are sublet and the original owners no longer live at the residence. So take care of what you have and realize that the property is only as well maintained as the residents and management that is responsible for its care. Maybe then it will be around for another 30 years – or not.
