Mark Shane is part of Gemini Management as well. You Mark Shane as well as your companies should be terminated from doing business as Management of ANY and all communities. I just completed reading your GMBudgett for 2015 . Someone on the board needs to terminate you effective immediately for your lack of upholding your contractual agreements. You have no integrity and 0 character as a person and business owner. We will be speaking with every tenant in this complex to document the lack of management you do in this community . Hope you enjoyed the Ride Mr.Shane .You have greatly benefited financially by upholding maybe 10% or less of your Property Management agreement.

     OBM - 12/2/2015 - Yes we know this loser well. In my opinion You hit the nail on the head. We ran him out of our community several years ago. He is a piece Sh*T. Hope you die soon you scum of the earth. Maybe your community should contact the State Attorney General You got a ticket strait to hell!!!
