Linda Haugen is NOT a relator! At best, a middle aged Barbie, a money monger.I have never experienced such an unprofessional person or poorly run company. WHEN you actually get repairs done the guy is as rude as Linda, Wendy and the whole group there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

False advertising at its worst. This company seems friendly and helpful...UNTIL you sign a lease. Then they change personalities and treat you like cattle. They become completely unhelpful, rude, condescending, and yes...unethical. You better brush up on the Washington Landlord / Tenant Act if you want to lease through this company! They will hold you as the tenant to the absolute letter, but when it comes to their part as the landlord...not so much - they will ignore you, tell you whatever they think will make you go away, and will try to get away with whatever they think they can. If their lease says something like "landlord will do X within 7 days", you can bet your life they will wait until the 7th day. And if they think you won't push back, they'll wait even longer. I thought it was just me, but based on reviews all over the internet, I see that I'm not alone... they treated me like I was untrustworthy, even though I took care of my property, always paid on time, and gave them no reason to distrust me. I have learned in life that when someone distrusts you when you haven't given them any reason to, it's usually because they think you're going to do what they would do -- and THEY are untrustworthy, so they expect YOU to be untrustworthy. Premier loves tenants who are more senior or barely speak English, because they don't push back as much. Well guess what Linda and minions: I'm pushing back! You have been warned. I wish somebody warned me before I leased from them...

Horrible, horrible customer service. Linda Hougan is very rude. Linda Hougan made insinuations about my personal life after I requested repairs from Premier Property Management in Vancouver. I recommend Linda Hougan if you like being talked down to and being disrespected. She's great at that!
