I made a call today to The Sunshine Company on behalf of one of our customers to assure the company the bank is preparing a cashiers check for her so that she may deliver it to your company for payment of rent. The reason for this was a check came through her account prior to funds hitting her account at no fault of her own. I could only imagine that in a 3rd world country someone being more rude that the representatives answering your telephones. Only in conversation did I ask their names and was told in no uncertain terms they did not have to provide that information. What kind of business are you running? There is such a thing as professionalism Mr. Richmen, and the company you represent should study up on it. I cannot imagine what it would be like to be stuck in a legal rental agreement with The Sunshine Company and my humane side and care for others, not to mention the Golden Rule by which I try to live must be a set of values that haven't landed upon those employed by The Sunshine Company. I would be fired if I treated others the way I was treated today. By the way, I am leaving my name for you. First and Last and no I don't have to do this as there is an anonymous box to check. Anything worth saying is worth owning.
