I am a current tenant of Apartment Management, now titled Warshaw Property Management. They have been the least helpful and least responsive company I've ever rented from. They never pick up the phone and there is no voicemail service set up to leave a message. They very rarely answer emails (if you're lucky, maybe after 3 or 4 separate attempts). The building has turned out to be a mess with broken washers/dryers, doors, trashed hallways and with little to no response to maintenance requests. Shame on me for falling for the low cost of rent and settling for this dump. Dealing with them is NOT worth it. Stay away from any property that they manage.
