This place is horrible. We rented from them for 3 years. We always paid on time, And in fact we were always a month ahead. Several times thru the lease she would call, and ask us why she hadn't received our rent for the month and we would have to dig up the returned check and show we had indeed paid. One time we even received a notice of eviction and again I had to go get a copy of the cashed check. She charged for every bit of maintenance they would do, Be it normal wear or not. Once a drawer fell apart and the maintenance person came and glued it back together. Few days later we received a $30 bill. Another time the dishwasher quite working, They came replaced it and few days later we got a bill for $122 half cost of the dishwasher. I will give them this much, maintenance was always fast. We it came time to leave, My wife, Myself and about 4 friends cleaned and painted from top to bottom. We hired a professional carpet cleaner to do the carpets. We replaced ALL the blinds. The place was cleaner than when we moved in. When she did the walk though she couldn't find anything so she started nit picking at imaginary stuff. Spot on the window, tub looks dirty, yard un mowed (It was middle of winter). Not only did we not get our $800 deposit back, she tacked on $470 of charges. We took her to court with our move in and move out pictures, receipts and ample witnesses and thankfully got an understanding judge. We got the deposit, Plus another $200 and court cost back. Beware when you rent from them, It WILL cost you and don't expect your deposit back at all.
