Conlon blackmails customers into compliance. If they do not do as he says, he threatens a $100 fine. He then states in his blackmail letters that the client, upon selling their home, will not get a letter of good standing if they do not follow his orders. He also charges homeowners $100 for that letter of good standing which is needed at the house closing. In our HOA dues went up over 300% since he took over with his management company. He also threatens liens on homeowners if they do not comply w/ his wishes.This guy is a control freak. He loves stalking neighborhoods. He has told past clients (over drinks) that he took kickbacks from vendors. Hearsay... but alcohol doesn't lie.The kickbacks cant be proven but this guy needs to be stopped. He is shady beyond shady.As a matter of public record a group of neighbors filed a lawsuit to counter policies that were a direct result of his recommendations. His own profits are more important than giving the customer good service. He is the #1 and only reason we moved out of our HOA.If you want to live in a police state and have high dues, Conlons your guy.

WARNING-HOA's do not hire Diamond Realty. They will take over, overcharge clients, tell clients what they should or should not do with their personal properties, etc. Dues will double within 5 yrs, They will not listen to customer complaints. Its all about money!
