One of the owners (younger owner) has an extremely poor attitude and is very disrespectful to his customers (especially women) when asked any questions regarding his work. He was verbally insulting and argumentative instead of trying to practice good customer service and listen to a concern that was expressed to him. The property is left in disarray after the work is completed. Mulch/dirt in the window sills and doorways and in the inside entryway of the house (through a storm door) and siding of the house after they are done using their leaf blowers. They also work in the rain and then blow leaves and mulch around so it sticks to your house. Every time work is done, the property is left a mess. If I had a choice, I would never use this company again. I don't have a choice because the community I live in has hired this horrible excuse for a maintenance company and they are under contract. Think twice about using this company. If you like having more work to do to clean up after a company who has no regard for the quality of their work or how poorly they treat their customers, then by all means use them. BEWARE!
