Jeffis the worst person ever to have to deal with. He is ridiculous. He manages and lives where I reside at Myrtle Greensand it has really gone down hill. Jeff and his equally rude and discriminatory staff place all of the african american and college student renters in the same few buildings - the ones close to the road, away from the pool, and neglected by the maintenance (headed by his son and there's about 8 of them on staff). Despite the fully staffed work crew, the place looks pretty crummy. They dedicate most of the gardening and maintenance to the buildings where the manager lives.
