Horrible. Absolute nightmare! Jackie is a complete psycho raging lunatic. I was late on my rent ONE time in THREE years and told the resident manager that I would be paying it on the 3rd. RM said that was fine but I needed to pay the late fee. Totally understandable. As I was getting off of work on the 3rd and sitting in the bank drive thru (so that I could go pay it as agreed) I noticed a missed call and voicemail. I checked my voicemail after I went and paid it and there was Jackie screaming obsentities into my voicemail, most of it which I couldnt even understand but it was enough to make my spine crooked. Unreal! After some research on her Ive come to find that she is renting to felon friends in buildings that they advertise as "felon free". has gone psycho and threatened many, many tenants and has a history of trying to intimidate people. I save the voicemail AND the envelope info from her voicemail and I am going to take it to whistleblowers.
