Property manager review Howard with Management & Associates contacted me in a panic a week ago because a property I had inquired about just fell through with it's tenants. Howard was going away on vacation, but needed to lock down a new tenant before he left. I submitted the application to him same day, and spoke with his partner who told me everything looked great, and that when Howard gets back on April 4th, he would contact me for final review. He called me on Monday to verify some information and told me that he was finalizing paperwork and that I had the number 1 spot, based on the timeliness of my application submission. I tried calling him all day yesterday, and got no response. I called him this morning and got no response. While I was in a meeting this morning he called and left a voicemail telling me that I was "actually in the number 2 spot", and that the contract had been given away. I read his yellowpages review and now understand the experience.
