Beware. This group, It employees and president Gary Gumm are all a bunch of Shysters and Con Artists. They use threatening tactics against their Tenants and don't follow thru. Their business license is questionable. Their manager for properties come and go consistently. They need to be investigated by the State Attorney General, The IRS and the Justice Dept.

Beware!!!!! This company does not pay it's vendors! I have been waiting to be paid for over 7 months! You can never get a hold of anyone other than the secretary and no one ever calls you back! Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company!!!!!
