I am not sure how long these people have been in business, but they surely don't know what they are doing. They don't answer the phones most of the time; It seems to me that this is a one or two people operation since Frank is the only one who answer the phone(when he does). Frank Laporta has a temper and can be very rude with you; he starts screaming once you question him about his dealing with any issue. they don't follow up on email or calls; it's very frustrating!! lets see how long this last before the management again is transferred to another company. I could go on but this company has taken over from TD Sunshine only since January of this year; hopefully we will see some changes for the better.
