I have had the horror of dealing with this company now for several years. They manage the HOA that I reluctantly became involved with when I bought a home in Maryland. This HOA ignores homeowners desires by refusing to accept ballots for elections of its board members. The board consists of the same 5 homeowners who all live on the same street. God help you if you happen to buy a home on that street. When contacted they give you nothing but a run around. They protect out of control board members because they and the board they represent refuse to deal with the board members inability to behave properly inline with his/her fiduciary responsibilities. They support selective enforcement of HOA ByLaws by turning a blind eye on homeowner who are in favor with board or have not told the board to pound salt. The property manager is uneducated, unskilled, rude and places homeowners in financial risk thru her lack of skills and advice to the board. Avoid this company at all costs!
