The owner / landlord whom other web pages call the President, is sort of a control freak. There are no term rental contracts so he can evict tenants for any reason, though he always comes up with some sort of valid reason, at least to him. He does provide Free Direct TV and also installed a complex wide Wi-Fi system for internet access, which is also Free. He provides these for Free to tenants, so they can't complain about any complex wide service malfunctions or down time with either service, because it is Free. Doesn't happen a lot, just occasionally. Very good location. Close to PCC Sylvania Campus, Holly Farm city park and the Capital Hill branch of the Multnomah County Library system too. There a few small churches and a Mosque in the area too. Frequent Tri-Met #44 bus service because of the college up the hill. There is a stop in the property and the Tri-Met Barbur Transit Center is just a 10 minute walk and it's all downhill. All things considered, it's not a bad place to live. Just be sure to stay on his Good side. :) A former tenant. This web site told me my review was " Too Short " but I have nothing to add ... so blah blah blah, yada yada yada whatever.
