Bill Harthcock "owner" of FIH is a weasel who will go the distance to appeal to you and then switch his demeanor and start treating his "renters" like dirt. If you look on Yelp.com you need to look at the 8 negative comments labeled as "8 Filtered" which provide great details on actual Home Managers' experiences. DO NOT TRUST Yelp.com (4-star) rating which can only be fraudulent. Read the 8 filtered (negative) comments which display in detail the scam. Mr. Harthcock hides his "office" in a "show property" so no one knows where he is at and he keeps extorting monies from his Home Managers with the support of bogus contracts/agreements that his Home Mgrs are signing under pressured timelines and don't read fully until it's too late. Short of reporting this thief to the Texas AG Consumer Affairs don't sign ANYTHING with this company.
