comment He was prompt, professional, and willing to negotiate time based on my schedule. His pricing was comp with other appraisals. He was patient with me as I walked around the house with him asking him questions. I would definitely work with Steve Binenstock again.

commentSlumlord, biggest headache of my life. I feel bad for anyone renting from them. They don't fix anything, they confuse you with other tenants, and they don't remember any conversation you had with them. They would rather take your money and ignore you the rest of the time your renting. Also, they feel like they can enter the property your renting from them whenever they like without notice. They try to change the lease without you noticing and charge you whatever they feel like for late rent and other things depending on your attitude with them. So dont get angry with them or they may want to charge you $50 because you are getting an attitude with them. They start harrassing you for late rent the night of the 5th and if you don't respond by the morning of the 6th they'll file a UD and take you to court. They won't even try to work anything out with you. They'll try and screw you over time and time again. If you see this name on anything your looking at renting, keep looking. Its not worth the bullshit with this company.
